WebbHi Joyce. The Pine Club does not take reservations. As far as dress code, I believe it is business casual. I have seen customers in everything from dress pants, sport coats, and dresses. They do not take reservations. Call them at 937-228-7463 and they will suggest a time. They open at 4 and start serving at 4:30.
